The Circlet contains:

The Fifth Mars Pentacle which, "... is terrible unto the Demons and at its sight and aspect they will obey thee, for they cannot resist its presence."
The Sixth Mars Pentacle which, "...hath so great virtue that being armed therewith, if thou art attacked by any one, thou shalt neither be injured nor wounded when thou fightest with him, and his own weapons shall turn against him."
The Seventh Mars Pentacle which is for, "...invoking the Demons Spirits of the Nature of Mars, especially those which are written in the whose Names are therein written; and thou shalt immediately see hail and tempest."

Each of the individual Mars pentacles in the circlet is 1.25 inches in diameter and weights 12 grams. The back of each pentacle is blank.

The election is for 4:28 am, November 20, 2019 for Islamabad, Pakistan, where the pentacles were created. The pentacles were created with the following conditions: It is the planetary day and planetary hour of Mars.
