These limited edition talismans were created with precisely chosen astrological conditions which you can see in detail below.
The design of these Mercury talismans comes from the Shams al-Ma'arif, "the Sun of Wisdom" a famous 13th century book of Arabic magic and esoteric lore by Ahmad bin Ali Al-buni. The Shams al-Ma'arif combines magic squares, Quranic verses and the names of Allah with astrological timing and is the most famous grimoire of Arabic magic. Here is a translation of the Shams al-Ma'arif Chapter 16, section 25 that was used to make these talismans.
On the front of the talisman is a magic square of the name of Allah, Al-Alim العليم the All Knowing, the Omniscient, The One who comprehends everything. Around the edge is a portion of the Dua Noor Kabeer, the Greater Invocation of Light, "Oh, Allah, O the possessor of limitless knowledge! The sciences of all the scholars are but tiny reflections of Your attribute of Omniscience as only Your knowledge is absolute knowledge. Oh, the One Who is aware (of the wholes and parts). The back is blank.
The Shams al-Ma'arif says that, "Whoever undertakes the zikr of this Name of sublime essence, God, exalted be He, brings him to knowledge of the subtlest aspects of the sciences and their most hidden secrets." As a talisman, "the user obtains a profound understanding of esoteric wisdom and what the mystic sciences contain." And made as a talisman when Mercury is highly dignified, "God makes him express himself with wisdom and teaches him the deepest and most profound subtleties of esoteric wisdom and mystical knowledge." Shams al-Ma'arif, Chapter 16, section 25.
The Mercury talismans were created were created with the conditions shown on this chart for 10:55 am June 23, 2022 in Islamabad, Pakistan, by our jeweler/mage, Muhammed Ajmal. These conditions are that Mercury is culminating and is dignified by sign (+5) and it is the planetary day and the planetary hour of Mercury.
I am pleased to offer these beautiful Mercury Al-Alim talismans from the Shams Al-Ma'arif Chapter 16, section 25. They are 1.5 inches in diameter and weigh 19 grams. There may be surface flaws or scratches even at initial receipt.
