The medieval scientist and philosopher Albertus Magnus says that,
"Andromeda is the image of a girl turned sideways, seated upon [a rock], with straining hands. And this image...brings about lasting love between man and wife; indeed it is said to reconcile even those who have been adulterous. ." De Mineralibus, ch. 5.
Andromeda is a very large Northern constellation. Andromeda contains the bright stars Alpha Andromeda, known as Alpheratz "navel of the steed" and Beta Andromeda, known as Mirach "the loins" as well as the Great Andromeda Galaxy, the nearest galaxy to our Milky Way galaxy.
Andromeda was renowned for her beauty and her mother queen Cassiopeia's boasted of this, offending Poseiden who sent a sea monster to ravage the land. Andromeda was chained to rock as a sacrifice to the monster but was rescued by Perseus and became his queen. Their descendants included many kings and heroes, Hercules in particular.
On the front of the talisman is a beautiful image of the head of Andromeda. On the back at the top is the name Andromeda, then the sigil of the constellation Andromeda, then the goals "Great & Lasting Love" and "Reconciliation."
The Andromeda talismans were created with the conditions shown on this chart at 4:19 pm, November 6, 2022 in Islamabad, Pakistan. Those conditions are that the marker, the Great Andromeda Galaxy, at 28 Aries, in the constellation Andromeda, rises and the Moon applies to conjoin the Great Andromeda Galaxy.
