The Hebrew versicle which surronds it is from Psalm 72, verse 9 "The Ethiopians shall kneel before Him, His enemies shall lick the dust." The elected time and date for the pentacles was 7:37 am MST on November 28, 2009 for Boulder, CO where the pentacles were cast. At this time Saturn culminates, it is the planetary day and planetary hour of Saturn and Saturn is incredibly highly dignified by exaltation (+4), triplicity (+3) and term (+2)!
