TALISMAN BACK (enlarged)
The seventh Mansion is Aldira and is for the acquisition of all good things. When the Moon is passing through this Mansion, fashion a seal of silver, and sculpt the image of a man clothed in robes and with his hands extended to heaven in the manner of a man who is praying and supplicating; in the breast of the image write the name of the lord of this Mansion. Suffumigate it with sweet smelling things, and say: "You, Siely, cause such and such to happen, and grant my petition." Ask for whatever you wish that pertains to good things. Carry the image with you and it will be as you wish. Know that Selehe is the name of the lord of this Mansion.

Picatrix, Bk IV, chapter 9.
We can see on the front of the talisman, shown above to right, the beautiful image of a Zen monk in gassho which corresponds to the image description in Picatrix by the talented visionary artist Robert Place On the back of the talisman, which you can see to right, around the outer edge, is the Latin phrase, Quod acquirendum omne bonum, "To acquire all good things" the purpose of the talisman. Also listed are Scheliel and Sha'lika, the name of the lord(s) of the 7th mansion from Agrippa and the Arabic astrologer, Ibn Hatim, respectively. In addition we can see the two stars, Sha'r al-'Abur and Mardham al-Dhira that Ibn Hatim says correspond to the 7th Mansion.
Included with the talisman is the color 7th Mansion image by Robert Place which you can see above to left. The color image follows the Picatrix image, including the names of the Mansion lords, Scheliel and Sha'lika, and expands on it with a beautiful image of a Japanese Soto Zen monk. The monk stands in gassho, the anjali mudra, which expresses respect, unifies all polarities and expresses the One Mind, the total unity of Being. The monk is depicted in front of the Ginkaku-ji, the "Temple of the Silver Pavilion, a famous Zen temple in Kyoto, Japan. In the sky are the stars of the constellation Gemini, where the 7th Mansion is located.

Chart produced by Solar Fire
