Not only are they made according to the image given by Agrippa but these limited edition talismans were actually cast out of molten silver at a precisely elected time! You can see the actual chart of the making of these talismans below. This is a coin talisman so it not worn as a pendant and does not have a bale for attaching a cord or chain. Instead it can be carried or placed on your altar.
The design on front of these talismans comes from Agrippa's Three Books of Occult Philosophy Book II, chapter 13 "On the Number Ten and the Scale Thereof". The image is of the most sacred name of God, the Tetragrammaton: Yod, He, Vau, He, arranged in the Tetractys of Pythagoras. The Jewish Encyclopedia notes the ancient use of this most powerful divine name for cures and exorcisms, "Even the Palestinian Jews had inscribed the letters of the Name on amulets...it was but natural that heathen magicians should show an especial preference for this "great and holy name." For the Pythagoreans the Tetractys was an incredibly powerful instantiation of the unity of the Cosmos and of the creation of all things, the Monad (One) producing the Dyad (Duality), then the Trinity and Quaternity. The back of the talisman is blank. This is a coin talisman so it not worn as a pendant and does not have a bale for attaching a cord or chain. Instead it can be carried or placed on your altar.
In addition to the Divine Name/Tetractys image these are also very potent Sun talismans. The Renaissance mage Cornelius Agrippa says that a Sun talisman, "...renders him that wears it to be renowned, amiable, acceptable, potent in all his works, and equals a man to Kings, and Princes, elevating him to high fortunes, enabling to do whatsoever he pleaseth:..." Three Books of Occult Philosophy, Book II, chapter 22. Sun talismans are also traditionally associated with health as he rules "the vital spirits", William Lilly, Christian Astrology, page 576, and thus these Sun talismans are useful for promoting and maintaining good health. Plus the Sun rules gold, Christian Astrology, page 72, and is good for wealth and prosperity.
The Sun Divine Name talismans were cast on 5:36 am August, 2019 in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sun is rising in his sign(+5) and triplicity (+3) for a SUPER +8! It is also the planetary day and planetary hour of Sun. A very powerful election!

The talismans were cast and consecrated at the elected time and come with a cord to wear as a pendant.
