So assuming that astrology can accurately predict the future and that one has trained and practiced to the point that one can generally give a more or less accurate prediction, this does not guarantee client satisfaction because in a significant number of cases clients are not looking for an accurate prediction. Now they aren't necessarily aware of this either which causes problems. "Tell me the truth and makes sure it goes my way!"
Being told you aren't getting what you want, can be frustrating. Accurate prediction is also frustrating because it doesn't give reassuarance, in fact it can be downright depressing to be given a negative answer. Even if clients are willing to accept the likelihood of a negative outcome, they still sometimes feel that the reading should be providing a means to obtain what they desire. The problem with accurate prediction is that it is frustrating for those wanting a particular result, doesn't give reassurance, doesn't tell how to get what you want. In fact there can be a strong sense that what is the point of prediction and traditional astrology in general if you don't get what you want?
You can see how this strong desire on the part of clients to be told what they want to hear affects astrologers, psychics, etc. While I don't doubt that there are accurate psychics out there, what passes for psychic readings all to often are vague positive promises that the client's desires will be fulfilled, sometime in the future. This sort of reading while it makes the client happy at first, also leads to dissatisfaction when the client eventually realizes that they are not getting what they want.
So while it seems fairly obvious that being able to accurately predict the future could be quite useful, when it comes to our own affairs, we have to exercise a fairly high level of awareness and wisdom to realize that being told that things are not going our way is indeed useful. For the wise, it is quite incredible to be able to know the future because we can act in accordance with this knowledge, even if we cannot change or overcome it. Metaphorically while we can't stop the rain, we can come inside or not plan picnic for that day. The key here is that it is incredibly powerful to be able to see and then accept reality. If disaster is coming at least we can prepare for it and not be caught flat footed, even if we cannot avoid it.
An accurate astrologer or when we do our own prediction, an accurate method, is in fact divination. Divination, from the Latin divinare means to "to foresee", but its original root is "to be inspired by a god." Accurate prediction, therefore, is an inspired seeing of the true nature of reality albeit it limited to the chart or question at hand. The astrologer or diviner provides access to an oracle. Thus what we are really called upon to do and what allows for accurate prediction and appropriate use of that prediction is respect for the oracle.
This respect takes many forms. We do not ask frivolous questions, we do not attempt manipulations to control or affect the outcome, like asking the question multiple times or of multiple astrologers until we get the answer we want. We respect the oracle by accepting its answer and then by accepting the situation that it has revealed. This does not mean blind obedience. We need to recognize that divination can be incorrect or that we sometimes cannot understand what the oracle is telling us. But we do not want to ever reject a divination simply because it is not the answer we were looking for. We want to respect the oracle by getting in sync with it, by accepting the vision of true reality that it has given us. Ducunt volentem fata, nolentem trahunt "Fate leads the willing and drags the unwilling." Seneca.
At the deepest level, insofar as we can see and accept the divination, then this is our own true nature breaking through as the illusion of the separate self momentarily fades. Wisdom is the dharmadhatu (Absolute Reality) shining forth, showing the perfection of the Now in its imperfection for the separate self.

Let's talk about these talismans. First, these are the most difficult, but also the most potentially powerful astrological talisman: the house based talisman. Rather than being based on the power of just one planet or fixed star or Mansion, these talismans harness the power of multiple planets and bring positive effects through multiple houses. These are really, really HARD to find elections for. First, the Ascendant and the 2nd house are both ruled by the Sun who is highly dignified by exaltation and triplicity. The ruler of the 10th is Mars who is highly dignified by sign and triplicity. The lord of the house of the lord of the Ascendant is Mars and the lord of the house of the lord of the 10th is also Mars. The Moon is peregrine, but otherwise unafflicted and the lord of her house is Mars. The lord of the Ascendant and the lord of the 10th are in generosity (aka mutual reception) as Mars is in the exaltation of the Sun and the Sun in sign of mars. The Part of Fortune is in the 1st house and the lord of the Part of Fortune is the Sun. WOW!
The Fountain of Wealth talisman is based on the Sun and Mars, so this is a good talisman for you so long as your Sun is not in Aquarius or Libra or your Mars in Taurus, Libra or Cancer. Its a great fit if your Sun is in Aries or Leo, or your Mars is in Aries, Scorpio or Capricorn.
